Requirements:

Minimum of five (5) years cognate work experience in the ERM department of a structured financial institution or multinational

Objectives:

To help the company identify, assess, evaluate and mitigate all risks that might impact negatively on the company's objective and to come up with control measures to mitigate the risks. The role also required oversight of the development of the Organization’s risk appetite and creation of a viable structure for control and reporting process.
