Requirements:

* Minimum of three (3) years Post Qualification Experience working In-House in a Financial Service Company; and/or * Minimum of three (3) years Post Qualification Experience working in Private Practice with a Top Corporate/Commercial Law Firm.

Objectives:

Handle and manage internal company secretarial, dispute resolution, Transaction and Legal Advisory, Contract and Document Review and Compliance.
