Requirements:

    • 5+years in sales and managing a sales force • NAICOM Agency proficiency certificate, NAICOM License added advantage • Good Sales/Marketing skills • Knowledge of the region; must have lived in recruiting location for more than 2 years • Ability to adapt to changes

Objectives:

    Manage the specified agency and channel sales for the company. The incumbent is responsible for developing, managing & training Sales Executives and also to ensure the group sales target is achieved.
