Requirements:

Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in a similar role preferably in an Insurance firm.

Objectives:

This position manages the budget and performance outcomes to provide support to the Head of Finance through the business performance lead, putting together all the operational information and simplifying it in order to have a better understanding of NSIA’s performance and making appropriate recommendations to management.
